Full Job Description

  • You'll be leading on our digital marketing initiatives and you'll be responsible for optimising digital engagement

  • Your work will play an important part in driving how our brand is represented across our digital estate, helping us to meet our marketing business goals


  • What you'll do

    In this key role, you'll be overseeing our digital assets, working closely with marketing managers and content producers to drive up engagement and conversion. Day-to-day, we'll look to you to leverage advantageous online communities to drive traffic, publish high quality content and gather quality lead generation.

    You'll also be:

  • Analysing content performance metrics and improving digital content effectiveness and experiences across all digital marketing channels and campaigns

  • Reviewing and making sure that the content creation processes for digital marketing are complying with applicable laws, regulations and policies

  • Developing and delivering the digital content strategy across multiple media social channels and media partnerships to deliver on brand and commercial objectives

  • Co-creating our content strategy and securing agreement from senior leadership

    We're looking for someone with significant senior level experience in advertising in a client or agency role. You'll have a strong track record of marketing through digital platforms and you'll have an understanding of external regulations and their impact on the customer and marketing strategy.


  • You'll also need:

  • Experience of managing a high-performing team

  • An understanding of the critical elements of brand management

  • Significant marketing experience within a large matrix organisation, ideally in financial services

  • A strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and implementation

  • Advanced influencing and stakeholder engagement levels at a senior level
