Full Job Description

  • Establish the end-to-end digital marketing strategy that aligns with the needs and goals of the business.

  • Lead the implementation of these capabilities, such as media planning and buying, search, conversion rate optimization and data and analytics to support future growth.

  • Have a solid understanding of CRM and MAP tools and how they integrate with Google Ads and LinkedIn.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive paid strategies (Google PPC, paid social, sponsored content, etc.) aligned with overall marketing goals.

  • Collaborate closely with Content and Product Marketing managers to ensure the digital strategy aligns with the organization's broader marketing efforts.

  • Collaborate with our Content Marketing Manager to conduct in-depth keyword research to inform content creation and SEO strategies, optimizing content for search engine visibility and user experience.

  • Manage Google PPC campaigns from strategy development to execution and optimization, ensuring maximum ROI and adherence to budgetary constraints.

  • Monitor campaign performance, adjust bidding strategies, and implement A/B testing to improve click-through rates and conversion metrics.

  • Experiment with new features and ad formats within Google Ads to drive innovation and stay ahead of competitors.

  • Analyze campaign performance and other digital marketing metrics to continuously optimize strategies and tactics for improved results.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including design, product, and sales, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts.

  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and algorithm updates related to SEO, and PPC, and incorporate findings into strategies and tactics.

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager who possesses expertise in Google PPC, Paid Social strategy, knows how to best use a CRM and Marketing Automation Platform (MAP) and who can think outside the box, using AI tools and creative thinking to implement first-rate digital marketing strategies. You will steer and nurture our digital marketing efforts, driving growth and engagement through strategic content distribution and optimization, as well as leveraging PPC campaigns effectively to achieve our business goals., Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO and PPC.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns that drive measurable results (i.e. qualified leads that convert).

  • Deep understanding of HubSpot and Salesforce for reporting and campaign tracking.

  • Deep understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research tools, and conversion rate optimization techniques.

  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console and other relevant digital marketing tools and platforms (knowledge in Matomo a plus).

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform decision-making and strategy development.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

  • Leadership experience - you will be the sole authoritative role in the digital marketing team so will need to be comfortable and committed to managing your own respective department, tools and strategy.

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies and sharing insights with the wider team.
