Role Purpose

We are breaking new ground with innovative offers and technologies like eSIM and our goal is to become the operator of choice for travellers abroad.

The Digital Marketing Manager will be a key member of the marketing team, with the ownership and responsibility to lead and drive growth for Vodafone's Travel Sim business digitally, by defining & executing digital marketing campaigns and customer experience. The successful candidate will have a leading role working across cross-functional teams and will be working with external partners (e.g. Meta, Google), platforms and technologies to own, design and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive commercial impact i.e. customer acquisition, upsells, retention, brand awareness and consideration.

The successful candidate will design and execute all digital marketing activities related to travel sim, including management of internal and external digital marketing platforms (for Search, Social etc) across multiple geographies. The objective will be to help Vodafone scale its Travel Sim business globally, delivering superior customer experience and revenue growth, in line with Vodafone's commercial strategy and budget availability

What you'll do

  • Propose, design and lead the digital marketing strategy across multiple channels

  • Lead on all digital marketing activities, co-ordinating with the cross functional team

  • Implement and manage marketing campaigns for Paid Search, Paid Social and Programmatic

  • Manage Search Engine Optimisation

  • Create and monitor Social media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc

  • Define A/B testing campaigns and continuously review & optimise campaigns per region/country for maximum performance and ROI

  • Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging technologies in digital marketing

  • Work closely with Brand & creative teams on creatives, optimisation & budget management

  • Map, review and propose improvements to CX design

  • Subject matter expertise across paid channels including Facebook, Google, Instagram & Programmatic, SEO & marketing strategies (ATL/BTL/TTL)

  • Hands-on expertise with marketing tech, including Adobe Analytics, Adform, Tealium IQ, Google Search Console etc.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of data-driven approaches to solving complex product & business problems

  • Experience in managing cross-functional digital and IT teams, internally and externally

  • Strong technical understanding of platforms and latest technologies

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to do quick turn arounds.
