Full Job Description

The AWS Global Enterprise Marketing team is looking for a passionate Digital Marketing Manager, specializing in web content management and digital strategy. This role will create and optimize online presences for enterprise decision maker audiences, with an emphasis on content and campaigns. This candidate should have a sound understanding of UI/UX standards, analytics, and responsive design, to continually evolve and enhance the experience for our audience.

The Digital Marketing Manager will own all aspects of campaigns and websites, including design, implementation, optimization, reporting and testing; localization for various geographies and languages; and content management including maintaining asset repositories and inventories.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with a website content management system (CMS) and understands information architecture, features, functionality, localization processes, and integrations with other website properties. Familiarity with modern web design, website experience tools, and current and future trends is required. It is critical that the candidate understands how to design and optimize for a senior decision maker audience. Our ideal candidate has experience building, deploying and activating websites as part of global, integrated initiatives, while supporting a vision for how the website contributes to the customer journey and to business goals of an enterprise organization., · Work with stakeholders to gather web requirements
· Define the look and feel, layout, content flow, and features of our website and campaigns
· Maintain day-to-day management of global and regional webpages
· Be the team expert on all things web, including web production, analytics, and testing
· Work with third-party digital experience tools and stakeholders to implement new capabilities as applicable
· Develop and execute web testing plans
· Manage content and digital assets in the AWS Content Management System
· Handle integrations between website properties and supporting software systems.
· Define website performance metrics and KPIs, implement necessary tracking mechanisms, manage reporting, and articulate insights and recommendations to stakeholders and implement
data-driven optimizations.
·Analyze data patterns and inconsistencies to gain a deeper understanding of customer behavior.
Manage a content inventory of all assets, including metadata, translations, imagery, graphics,
videos, etc.
· Partner with teams across AWS to execute co-owned website projects
· Devise and own the strategy, planning, and execution of SEO initiatives for the website,
incorporating local market requirements and goals to drive channel growth
· Audit and analyze SEO performance to identify issues, find root-causes, and experiment with solutions to improve performance

In this role, you must be a clear and persuasive communicator, have a good understanding of SEO best practices, and provide concrete recommendations on optimization to content owners. You will analyze all aspects of web performance, comparing that performance against internal and external benchmarks, and lead initiatives to improve performance toward broader team goals. You have strong project management and stakeholder management skills, and are highly motivated to understand the digital behavior and preferences of your audience., Experience in professional non-internship marketing
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns
- Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in multi-territory campaign management
- Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process
