Develop a paid social media strategy on Instagram and TikTok.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with business goals.
Monitor and report on digital performance using analytics tools including Google Analytics, Instagram insights, and Later.com.
Manage the digital marketing budget and optimise performance using insights and trends.
Manage the website and its performance, ensuring conversion tracking and regular SEO optimization.
Manage relationships with digital platforms and suppliers, including Google and CRM tools.

A highly strategic individual with an understanding of the balance between brand equity and commercial results
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, including paid social campaigns and website management
Extensive knowledge of: Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, Social media analytics tools, Word Press
Excellent communication and analytical skills and eye for detail
Ability to produce analytical reports and an excellent understanding of ROI
A pro-active individual who is able to anticipate problems and think on their feet
