Digital Marketing Specialist - ICS Cool Energy Ltd

The Digital Marketing Specialist role will be part of the UK Marketing Team and based in the Totton office in ICS Cool Energy Ltd. The primary objective will be to be accountable for the development and delivery of digital marketing campaigns including paid search, website optimization, email marketing and marketing automation., Digital Marketing:

· Optimize and manage Google Ads accounts supporting business requirements

· Continuously improve keywords, bid strategies, advert copy and automation through data analysis and AB test insight

· Manage tracking and conversion integration with CRM systems

· Own the ICS Cool Energy website structure and content for all markets and channels

· Optimize all digital channels for paid and organic traffic to continuously improve ROI

· Contribute to any other marketing activities as required

· Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics for example)

· Create content to be used in marketing campaigns for lead generation

Internal Controls:

· Compliance with internal code of conduct and ethical frameworks

· Take control of your development and learning pathways through My Learning

· Align business goals to reach bonus targets and individual performance with feedback from customers, stakeholders, and line manager.

· Any other ad hoc duties reasonably requested by your line manager.

· People skills with a positive mindset

· Good Communication

· Experienced expertise in Google and other digital advertising

· Advanced knowledge in managing international multi-language WordPress websites

· B2B email marketing experience

· Personable and able to communicate well with senior leaders

· Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

· Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics an advantage

· Knowledge of GDPR

· Knowledge and experience in HVAC/process temperature control markets an advantage

· Right to Work status confirmed for Country of application.

· Driver's licence and able to drive in the Country of application.
