As our Digital Marketing Strategist, you'll be the go-to expert for all things digital advertising, working closely with and reporting to our Head of Marketing to shape the future of our campaigns. You'll be hands-on with platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, driving revenue and engagement through killer campaigns. Plus, you'll mentor our team, sharing your expertise and setting best practices for how we approach digital marketing.

What You'll Be Doing:

Digital Ad Campaigns: Develop, run, and optimize high-energy campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and more.

Creative Strategy: Work with the product marketing team to craft attention-grabbing strategies that convert clicks into customers.

Data Master: Analyse performance metrics and make data-driven decisions that push campaigns to the next level.

Mentor & Leader: Train and guide our commercial team in all things digital, making sure we're always ahead of the curve.

Key Influencer: Opportunity to play an integral role in an established business, where your voice will make a difference and help shape our success.

5+ years of digital advertising experience, whether on the agency side or client side.

Proven track record running successful campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond.

You know your numbers - data-driven, ROI-focused, and always looking for ways to improve.

Ability to work hands-on with campaigns, but also lead from a strategic standpoint.

Passion for mentoring and helping others level up their marketing game.

Positive, can-do attitude, and the ability to keep things fun even when the pressure is on.
