Full Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Digital Marketing & Technology Lead to work with us across our Universities. The main base will be London however travel within the UK may be required. This position will be Monday - Friday. As the Digital Marketing & Technology Lead, you will manage the development, implementation, and optimisation of digital marketing strategies and customer-facing technologies. This includes driving social media engagement, overseeing apps and kiosks, and managing digital mobilisation processes for new projects. You will collaborate with marketing, technology, and operations teams to integrate digital tools that enhance customer experiences and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Digital Marketing & Strategy:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including social media, website content, and email marketing.
  • Manage and optimise social media accounts to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Oversee content creation and schedule posts to maintain an active digital presence.
  • Analyse campaign performance and generate reports on key metrics like reach, engagement, and ROI.
  • Technology Management
  • Oversee the functionality and performance of customer-facing apps, kiosks, and digital screens.
  • Ensure a seamless user experience across all platforms and coordinate updates with tech teams.
  • Site Mobilization & Launches
  • Manage the digital aspect of mobilizing new catering sites, ensuring the deployment of all necessary tech tools (e.g., screens, apps, kiosks).
  • Work with the operations team to set up digital infrastructures during new site launches.

    o Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • o 5+ years in digital marketing, technology management, or similar roles, preferably within the hospitality or catering industry. o Proven experience in managing social media, apps, and digital systems.
  • Skills:
  • o Strong proficiency with digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools). o Experience with mobile app management, kiosk systems, and digital screens. o Excellent project management skills and attention to detail. o Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
