Full Job Description

The Digital Officer will be key in supporting the service online and digital provision, with significant development of online digital support services via a dedicated platform as well as social media. This digital provision will combine a virtual approach with the face-to-face service delivery to establish a broader delivery of mental health support and significantly increase accessibility. The Digital Officer will be responsible for content on a designated mental health online community for Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire (BSW) - to be referred to as Clic ACMH. This online community will be based on and structured within the national Clic platform ( https://clic-uk.org/) and will be accessible to all people who use the Access Community Mental Health service in BSW. The Digital Officer will also link or network with other local digital schemes (both internally and externally) examples of which may include; digital equipment loan schemes, digital tech buddies and/or champions.

  • Please note- The role is homebased but applicants must be open to travel to and around the Wiltshire area for meetings
