An exciting opportunity has arisen to work with the Digital Media Team implementing the smooth running of the patient website and staff intranet.,

  • To research techniques, tools and standards to add content to the SharePoint intranet and ESNEFT WordPress website. To support SharePoint site Editors as needed with complex requests and decision-making.
  • To maintain document control and governance, ensuring no duplication of information. Keeping content up to date and ensuring digital governance and version control. Ensuring metadata, alt tags and other relevant digital housekeeping of all information is complete where applicable.
  • To deliver ad hoc/remedial training to departmental site editors on the SharePoint intranet, in order to maintain standards and consistent style guide, tone of voice and feel across the intranet.
