Full Job Description

1. Job Purpose The purpose of the Digital Performance Manager role is to serve as the main contact on all digital matters within the organisation, ensuring the effective utilisation of digital resources to drive operational excellence and enhance patient experience. This role will be responsible for implementing robust reporting systems, managing digital contracts, and optimising operational platforms to facilitate informed decision-making and continuous improvement across the organisation. By producing actionable data and fostering collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, the Digital Performance Manager contributes to the achievement of strategic objectives, financial goals, and the delivery of high-quality healthcare services. 2. Key Accountabilities: Lead, develop and implement reporting systems and process that provide the business with data to support operational and business decisions. To be the lead contact for all contracts with IT and digital service
providers To be the lead contact with the ICB in relation to all digital areas. To manage the organisations digital systems to ensure full use of their potential. Provide technical support and link with external IT support services. Manage all staff and resources allocated to the post holder. Contribute to ongoing continuous improvement plans. To ensure up to date knowledge in areas relevant to the post and to contribute to practice improvement with suggestions and forward thinking views. To be present across all practices. 3. Key Working Relationships Aspiro Partners Aspiro Leadership Team Senior Managers & Deputy Managers across Derby & Northampton Clinical staff Non-Clinical Staff ICB & Derby City South PCN External contracts including Virpac 4.
