Digital Principal Security Architect

Your new role will see you lead and define the standards for the Security Architecture function. As the Lead Security Architect, you will be responsible for a number of high strategic impact projects ensuring its use in the long term across the breadth of the organisation. Why join Digital? • Provide technical leadership of the Security Architecture function, setting the quality standards for the services and products provided.
• Work on projects with high strategic impact, setting a strategy that can be used in the long term and across the breadth of the organisation.
• Communicate with a broad range of senior stakeholders and be responsible for defining the vision, principles and strategy for security architects.
• Recommend security design across several projects or technologies, up to an organisational or inter-organisational level.

  You will be an established architect with significant experience in the security domain.
• You will be familiar and experienced with the ITIL framework.
• You will have experience in writing architectural strategy, policy, processes as well as writing and reviewing technical design documentation., This role will require full UK security clearance and you should have resided in the UK for the past 5 years. For some roles Developed Vetting will also be required, in this case you should have resided in the UK for the past 10 years.

• Working hours: Flexibility around your working day (e.g. start time, finish time). Ability to bank hours in a 12 month reference period including the ability to accrue and use 3 days per calendar month.

• Annual leave: 25 days pro rata (rising to 30 after 5 years) plus 8 public holidays with the ability to buy/sell 5 additional days per annum.
