Full Job Description

We are looking for two motivated professionals to join our vibrant Digital Solutions sub-team within the Digital Product Team in our English Language Teaching (ELT) division as Digital Product Managers. Defining the strategy for your assigned focus areas, you will be accountable for the future direction, user experience, competitive advantage, operational efficiency, and commercial success of your focus areas in order to ensure they meet business objectives. You will work in collaboration with colleagues and key stakeholders across the division and cross-divisionally, throughout the lifecycle (ideation to retirement) of the product, to oversee the product development roadmap, and to prioritise product features and business requirements to meet the needs of external customers and the strategy of the business. You will work closely with other Digital Product Managers, Product Designers, and Business Product Owners within the team as well as with stakeholders across functions and divisions. The Digital Product Manager plays a pivotal role in fostering collaboration between technology, product, sales,and marketing to deliver customer centric product and services.   • Proven experience in defining and delivering successful digital products through the full lifecycle (ideation through to retirement.)
  • Knowledge of education publishing market (desirable.)
  • Proven ability to work with and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with product / project management methodologies including Lean Product Management and Agile.
  • A demonstrable understanding of commercial and financial planning.
  • Building and managing successful, collaborative relationships with customers, commercial partners, and colleagues.
  • Communication, networking and influencing skills within a matrix structure: to find a consensus and a way forward which balances needs.
  • Great listening skills which facilitate the gathering of information from a number of sources to build the best product roadmap.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience with complex stakeholder management.
  • Experience of embedding change (desirable.), English Language Teaching
