About the role:

We are looking for a Senior Digital and Product Marketing Manager to lead the development, GTM and launch of new consumer-facing app and web experiences.

This role has business ownership of our much-loved InPost App and website, driving the evolution of the experience in partnership with our Product & Technical organisation.

In addition to owning the features and experience, they are also responsible for all Marketing related to driving app downloads and user engagement - growth and traffic driving initiatives, ASO, GTM and launch of new features and ongoing adoption campaigns., Mobile App Business Owner

  • Capture and communicate requirements to app product management and engineering teams for new functionality and optimisations of existing features


  • Define priorities based on business and marketing objectives


  • Input, review and approve all UX/UI changes and new flows


  • Supply copy for all screens and app release notes


  • Supply training materials for external teams and internal stakeholders, e.g. third party agencies, Customer Care


  • Drive installs and use of the app and its functionalities via owned, partner and paid channels

  • Define priorities based on business and marketing objectives


  • Oversee delivery and measurement of all SEO and content initiatives


  • Approve all new and revised content


  • Line Manage Digital Marketing Manager


  • Product Marketing Leadership
  • Build foundation elements of a Product Marketing function - leverage core user and audience insights and features to develop consumer value propositions and messaging frameworks


  • Lead the understanding of PMM as a function within the Marketing and wider organisation


  • Develop audience and competitor understanding, in order to develop differentiated propositions


  • Own consumer proposition development including naming, positioning and messaging


  • Develop strong GTM campaigns to drive awareness and uptake of new and existing products & features


  • Manage GTM budget to ensure effective and efficient campaigns that deliver impact


  • Track ongoing app and web user metrics and devise initiatives to affect shifts as required by the business

    6+ years Product Marketing experience, ideally within a D2C / consumer business


  • Proven expertise in consumer proposition development, Go to Market and launch


  • Experience of developing data-driven growth marketing initiatives to drive app downloads and registrations


  • Understanding of app and website product development and experience building and prioritising requirements to deliver on consumer and business needs


  • Strong analytical capabilities - leveraging data to develop different digital marketing and engagement strategies and show measurable impact on business KPIs


  • Excellent management skills across a wide range of stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Data, Digital, Product Management and Engineering


  • Experience in hiring and managing external agencies for all aspects of digital marketing
