Digital Production Executive

Creative Production - £24,000 pa (subject to experience) plus excellent benefits. Based: a mix of home and office working. Redactive Media Group produces award-winning magazines, digital media and events across some of the UK's most dynamic business sectors. We have recently set up a specialist team to focus on the creative production aspect of our ever growing media channels on behalf of our clients and commercial partners. As a Digital Production Executive, you will be working closely with the Digital Production Manager, internal departments, and our clients. You will be a part of the team responsible for the creation of videos and podcasts; plus, the daily promotion of our media brands by sending out supporting e-newsletter campaigns and assisting the team with digital related tasks when needed . Your role will include:

• Filming & editing live events e.g. Award shows, Interviews, Conferences & Roundtables
• Recording and editing podcasts
• Creating motion graphics/animation videos to bring our content to life
• Building, populating, and sending e-newsletter campaigns
• Providing ad hoc support to the team when needed including uploading and optimising content for websites across a number of brands
  
  Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise and multitask
• Experience with filming/using DSLR cameras
• Experience using Adobe Premiere Pro
• Experience of Audio editing
• Ability to quickly get to grips with new digital platforms and content management systems
Desirable experience:
• Photoshop and InDesign (photo editing skills)
• Experience using Adobe After Effects/Canva
• Content Management Systems including Drupal and Wordpress
• Email marketing software e.g. Adestra, Mailchimp
