The Digital Customer Operations team of Cumbria Northumberland Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust is expanding!
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and be involved in a wide range of Digital projects. We are looking for motivated and dynamic individuals to be part of new and exciting projects which will be significant developments for the Trust's digital journey.
This is a hybrid working post. The successful applicant must be able to travel to sites based across the whole of Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear on a regular basis., You will work in a supportive role to the Project Manager and Project Leads. This is an entry level position, to support the implementation, configuration, testing and training for clinical and corporate systems and digital solutions.
Covering an area from the Borders of Scotland to the North of Durham, and across North Cumbria, we are actively working with Trust services to improve digital provision.

+ Education to degree level, or relevant experience.
+ Experience of using a range of digital solutions and systems.
+ Knowledge of change management, and strong organisation skills.
+ Experience of producing high quality written documentation, and excellent communication skills.
+ Experience of workshop facilitation and training would be desirable
