Full Job Description

We are looking for an DDaT Project Manager with a broad range of experience in Digital Transformation to join the DDaT team.
The role holder will be a proven influencer and communicator with stakeholders at all levels.
You will be joining the organisation at a fantastic time and will be responsible for delivering a varied portfolio of projects, continuing the progress made in the journey to modernising systems and digital transformation.
Previous experience of leading Microsoft Dynamics developments, AI implementations, NHS integrations, or telephony migration projects would be an advantage.
As a DDaT Project Manager you will be expected to lead on one or more of our workstreams/projects, successfully delivering business change to high standards, on time and within budget.
They will lead on the specification and implementation of technical projects, driving performance and delivery and managing risk using established project management techniques.

+ Relevant degree/professional qualification or substantial experience in a similar role.
+ Significant project management experience of successfully delivering technical change, from commissioning through to project closure.
+ Proven ability to manage multiple projects, problem-solving, prioritising and employing a wide variety of tools and techniques to overcome challenges and deliver success.
+ Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to motivate, influence, and coordinate internal and external parties to achieve objectives.
+ Exceptional communication skills in public speaking, chairing meetings, presenting clearly, translating technical details for non-technical audiences, and constructively challenging ideas.
