Full Job Description
Location: Any UK BAE Systems site, with ability to travel to Preston regularly. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role. Salary: £42,000 to £44,000 depending on skills and experience What you'll be doing:
- Leading and hosting digital skills events led by the Global Digital Academy across the UK and internationally
- Developing and supporting third-party partner relationships to create digital upskilling events and engagement initiatives
- Organising and running internal events across the Enterprise to engage and upskill technical professionals
- Developing and maintaining a suite of supporting collateral for digital engagement activities
- Reviewing and recommending proposals for sponsorship/investment in digital engagement initiatives
- Providing centralised expertise and service support for digital engagement activities in line with company objectives
- Liaising with the Early Careers & Skills Education Services Team to align digital skills outreach activities
Proficiency in digital skills and learning, including creating training videos, interacting with various toolsets, and learning new platforms - Experience and confidence in public speaking and/or presenting to large audiences through various media channels
- Experience in digital engagement, marketing, event management, or community building, with a background in hosting virtual or in-person events
- Excellent communicator Desirable:
- Background in Learning & Development promotion and engagement, creating engaging materials
