Full Job Description
We have a fantastic opportunity for a confident and methodical person to join our Data Team as the coordinator for our new . We are seeking an individual who will embrace the challenges that come with implementing and administrating a new software system across a national organisation. The key elements of the role will include:
- The implementation of a new Digital Social Care Records System, including assisting in the initial set-up of the system.
- Providing training to users across the country, including the production of training materials.
- Acting as the main system administrator, ensuring it runs efficiently and supporting all stakeholders to maximise their use of the system. As the DSCR Coordinator you will work across the organisation, training and collaborating with people from all areas of the charity to embed the system within it. You will work closely with the Group Data Strategy Manager, as well as the Practice Support Team and Support Staff to identify and integrate the organisation's needs in relation to the Digital Social Care Records System. We are looking for an individual who takes a pro-active approach to planning and who is able to work flexibly, as well as the ability to use their own initiative, manage and organise their workload to meet deadlines. Good working knowledge of administrating a large software platform and delivering training is essential, while knowledge of the social care sector would be beneficial. What can we offer you?
