Full Job Description

An experienced Technical Architect with the primary responsibility to lead the Microsoft 365 Transformation across the local integrated care system (ICS) health community. You will be required to define the tactical and strategic Microsoft 365 roadmap and support the subsequent implementation and continued evolution of the solutions within the Programme. You MUST have a background in delivering Microsoft 365 migration and transformation projects (including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Automate).
Managing a team of Specialists with responsibilities for the implementation and support of the M365 programme hosted on the NHS central tenancy. This role is instrumental in moving the hospital and local health community into a paperless organisation defined in our "Digital by Default" strategy., 1.
a. Define the strategic Microsoft 365 roadmap and the rollout of all 365 services across the ICS and local health community. Including coordination and chairing of the ICS M365 Technical Desing Authority Subgroup.

b. Engage with senior stakeholders across the organisations including Directors, Divisional Managers and Department Heads to define and prioritise digital enablement using Microsoft 365 technology.

c. Work collaboratively with NHS England to help develop the national platform to ensure it meets the needs of our local ICS.
