Full Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our digital strategy, driving online visibility and performance for our portfolio of hotels. You'll collaborate with Hotel Account Managers and Digital Specialist Managers to deliver innovative digital solutions that align with global standards and boost our online presence across multiple platforms, including Marriott.com, multilingual global sites, OTAs, and other key marketing channels.,

  • Optimize Online Presence: Manage and update content on Marriott.com and affiliated hotel websites to ensure accurate, compelling, and SEO-friendly information that maximizes traffic and engagement.

  • Content Audits: Conduct regular audits of hotel websites to ensure high-quality images, correct translations, and optimized content.

  • Digital Project Management: Lead the implementation of digital projects such as new website launches and online services, ensuring timely and efficient execution.

  • Third-Party Channel Management: Oversee and enhance content on third-party platforms like Yelp and Google My Business to maintain optimal visibility.

  • Collaborate on Campaigns: Work with hotel teams and regional marketing specialists to execute continent-wide and regional campaigns, including developing landing pages, testing strategies, and optimizing performance.

  • Training and Support: Provide expert guidance and training to hotel teams, enhancing their digital knowledge and capabilities.

    Education & Experience: A minimum of 1+ years' experience in a digital marketing role, preferably within an online agency or client services environment. A degree in marketing or a related field is preferred.

  • Technical Skills: Strong experience with content management systems and SEO strategies. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.

  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

  • Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to identify challenges and develop creative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
