Full Job Description

Working in our UK support functions you'll play a key part in helping our customer facing colleagues deliver exceptional standards of customer service and patient care. How you'll help us make health happen This role will be part our growing Digital Support functions and is a key part to our digital transformation. You will be supporting our customers with our digital platforms, assisting them with login problems, access issues and the like. This role will be predominately telephone based however will also involve communicating with our customers via email and webchat.

  • Provide additional support for any other onboarding issues customers are having
  • Fully investigate and resolve where possible complaints from customers
  • Ensure appropriate records of customer interactions are created and maintained on Bupa systems
  • Educate customers on how to use their digital insurance technology and the functionality.

    Good computer literacy and a passion for digital services is essential for this role
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to tailor your approach to each customer through effective conversation and listening skills.
  • Time management skills and the ability to work quickly and accurately.
  • Strong team player
  • Ability to work in target driven environment and achieve personal targets on a monthly basis
