Digital Services have exciting new opportunities for a full-time 37.5 a week Digital Systems Administrator position at Mid Yorkshire Teaching NHS Trust., Duties will include but not limited to:

  • Monitoring incoming requests and incidents from the Digital Service Desk.
  • Supporting users in their use of clinical systems.
  • Setting up user accounts.
  • Removing leavers and other routine housekeeping tasks.
  • Maintaining the integrity of patient data.
  • Configuration of clinical systems.
  • Giving advice and Ad-Hoc training to users.
  • Prepare and create support documentation for clinical systems.
  • Testing system changes due to clinical systems updates or other changes.

    We are looking for experienced, talented, and motivated individuals to join our Digital Systems team, which forms part of the larger Digital Services Department at The Mid Yorkshire Teaching NHS Trust. The role will operate supporting the Trusts use of Digital Systems. You will be required to work closely with other members of the Digital Systems team, in addition to Trust Programme Leads, and will play an important role in the support of users and the configuration, maintenance, training and administration of the Clinical Systems under your remit.
  • You will be an excellent communicator, understanding of the pressures in healthcare, and show an ability to learn and respond to demands in a fast-paced technical environment. You will possess a logical approach to problem solving, and the ability to quickly assess issues and prioritise workloads in order to provide a responsive resolution. You will able to work autonomously, within the boundaries of the role, as well as importantly, being part of a progressive team.
