Digital Systems Trainer

The Digital Systems Trainer role is a new position at Barchester Healthcare, a leading healthcare provider in the UK. The role is responsible for implementing the company's digital transformation projects, including e-care planning, electronic rostering, CRM, and HRIS, ensuring their integration, adoption, and ongoing maintenance. The Digital Systems Trainer will be a key member of the Digital Transformation Team, working closely with implementation leads, operations, the Learning and Development team, and various projects., The Digital Systems Trainer will be responsible for designing training strategies and materials, and rolling them out to all sites through face-to-face classroom sessions, individual coaching, remote video training, and post-training support. Additionally, this role will serve as the subject matter expert on digital training and provide guidance on change management across the organization. The role will involve significant travel across a designated division/region, with national travel as needed, and may require overnight stays.

Barchester Healthcare is one of the UK's leading healthcare providers, with over 250 nursing homes and hospitals across the country. The company has a successful new builds program, with 10 new homes being built and opened every year for the next three years, resulting in rapid and successful expansion.
