Full Job Description

Since launching in June 2020 Time2Eat now has a presence in over 350 + outlets across our UK & Ireland business. The team works across a wide range of food service operations supporting over 3000 + locations across multiple sectors who make up our UK &I Operation. To help deploy and scale and pace we're looking for someone that can provide config & admin support to our technical deployment team.You will provide support to our specialist team in the on-boarding and mobilisation of our omni-channel digital solutions. After training you will support basic configuration requests, offer builds, back of house functionality and product configuration.This is a varied and exciting role with opportunities to build complex offers, create exciting experiences for our consumers. It involves an eye for detail and ability to manage data with a keen eye for detail and compliance. You will work within the UK Digital & Technology team based out of Rubery near Birmingham. The Role

  • Provides system configuration support and technical "know how" across new deployments and existing estate.
  • Works under guidance of config managers to complete menu templates as required. This includes detailed menu builds, gathering of key data from operational teams and system upload.
  • Ensures all on-boarding tasks are completed correctly. Reviews on-boarding requests before submission and works with our team in India to ensure the product build and activation is correct.
  • Supports final QC of App includes offer checks, service journey and final testing allowing for final sign off pre-go live.
  • Supports with comm's to units providing regular updates on products and features to the business - works with product managers to ensure cascade is timely and accurate.
  • Maintains and ensures all - emergency processes and cascade plans are up to date and regularly reviewed and tested.
  • Acts as the gatekeeper supporting the technical team in managing libraries of all menu templates, food image libraries and menu transitions.
  • Maintains timeline plans liaising with technical colleagues and operations to deliver as expected to time. Ability to flag up risks.
  • Willing to train and interested to progress in role offering technical and second level triage & fault finding in app and across all back of house systems.
  • Maintains all technical documentation includes product information, technical specs and third party documentation.
  • Schedules unit training programmes supports deployment team to deliver effective training through the upkeep of necessary training materials and supporting toolkits.
  • Manages upload and control of Learning & Development portal ensuring materials are accessible and current.
  • Works with Deployment team admin to ensure all live data is accessible for upload and of deployment dashboards.
  • Provides necessary reports for leadership teams and for onward cascade to units
  • Admin & Communication
  • Ability to manage system data and produce / maintain management reports.
  • Produces weekly reports and data working to timelines.
  • Attends support calls and debrief calls as required.

    Intermediate to advanced skills - Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience in Digital Omni channel products or environments.
  • Eye for detail includes spelling and grammar.
  • Good communication skills - ability to organise and plan meetings and to provide support as required
  • Experience or similar role in App or Digital product development / implementation.
  • Inquisitive and willing to learn - this role will include further technical training and troubleshooting
  • Experience in project management or a busy project-based office environment / function - ability to prioritise, schedule and deliver to timelines.
  • Good team player and active contributor.
