Digital Technology - Technical Product Owner

Partner with proposition, business, and product teams to develop a product vision, strategy and roadmap for one or more technical capabilities

Interface with Programme teams and Product Owners across commercial, customer service and technology teams to inform their own roadmaps relating to your capability

Constantly maintain and prioritise a roadmap that combines customer-driven outcomes, techcentric improvements and experimentation

Use a balance of data sources - stakeholder inputs, application and customer feedback and performance analytics to inform roadmap items, prioritisation, and design

Ensure capabilities are built in a scalable and effective way across applications and journeys within Digital Technology - meeting Engineering Standards as a matter of course

Collaborate with Design and Engineering to evolve a Design Toolkit (eg tiles, carousels, heroes) for personalization capabilities to meet different demands and use-cases, within the guardrails of consistency of CX, reusability, and performance

Define and iterate upon BAU operational processes of the capability - eg content management and support model 2

Take responsibility for your capabilities' contribution to benefits realization in Programmes across the business

Practice an MVP mindset - leveraging existing/available solutions to the best of our ability, whilst always working towards north star architectures that promote usability, consistency, reuse and efficiency.

Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in a digital or technology-driven environment.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

Excellent roadmapping and prioritisation skills with the ability to coordinate demand from multiple Stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Knowledge of data analysis and interpretation.

Experience in understanding how to gather, interpret and translate customer behaviours to ensure that technical capabilities deliver against a customer-centric proposition.
