Based from our Coalville office, you'll be working in a hybrid role that offers both flexibility and the chance to be part of a collaborative team environment. Reporting to our Digital Trading Manager, you ll play a pivotal part in optimising our website's commercial performance, ensuring our customers have the best possible experience every time they shop with us. What s the Role? Imagine yourself diving into the world of online trading, keeping a close eye on site performance, customer behaviours, and competitor activities. You ll be the person turning daily reports into actionable insights, helping us reach our sales goals and making sure our website is always at its best. You ll assist with campaigns, working closely with our Content and Category teams to ensure new product launches go smoothly and efficiently. In addition, you'll be the one testing promotional approaches. Whether it s updating our clearance pages, fine-tuning the navigation for a smoother user journey, or keeping a watchful eye on pricing trends, your work will directly impact our growth.

We re looking for someone who s highly organised and analytical, with a knack for data and a sharp eye for detail. If you re confident using digital platforms, comfortable with Excel, and able to handle data uploads with precision, you ll fit right in. Most importantly, we want someone with a customer-first mindsetsomeone who cares about creating a best-in-class online shopping experience.
