Full Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Digital Training Team. The post holder will deliver and evaluate training and support users in the workplace to both individuals and staff groups using face to face training, virtual and eLearning methods. Applicants with experience of delivering Clinical Systems are preferred but not essential. Experience of digital content design is preferred however, successful applicants will be expected to learn. As a Digital Trainer you will create engaging and interactive learning materials, including e-learning and instructional videos. We are seeking a reliable, patient and adaptable person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Applicants should possess the ability to quickly learn complex tasks and be able to communicate this learning in a logical, concise and clear manner. The post holder will work autonomously to deadlines and manage your own workload., You will be expected to work flexibly both in terms of your ability to travel between sites and provide training, support and knowledge to support the implementation and development of all elements of Digital Training being implemented within the Trust. To ensure that all users make full and effective use of Digital tools by evaluating and testing current and new software, as well as planning, developing, delivering and evaluating training courses/material.
