Digital Transformation Graduate

Working with the onsite team you will continuously review and improve processes, so they are fit for purpose, accurate and lean.

- Work closely with operational teams to ensure that data and reporting are effectively used to improve the efficiency and performance of the services.

- Take ownership of operational data, and maintain it to the highest standard, making sure it is current, accurate and real-time.

- Develop and implement the latest advances in technology to drive the digitisation of our services.

- Support the implementation of our digital training strategy and deliver operational end-user training.

- Support the delivery of a data-driven approach to service management where operational front-line managers have confidence in using Management Information to make better business decisions.

- Capturing requirements for reporting and system changes to ensure they are fit for purpose and are being used efficiently.

- Support our teams with service changes, which drive efficiency through routing improvements, using spatial (GIS) technology to assist.

Degree-level qualification in Science, Business, Information Systems, Environmental Sciences or Geographical Information Science (to be achieved by September 2025)

- Able to work independently as well as a part of the team

- High problem-solving skills

- Good interpersonal and excellent communication skills, to provide information confidently and enable the end-user to understand complex data analysis

- Strong data skills and use of Excel/Google Sheets

- Desirable: A practical understanding of Power BI, SQL, GIS
