Full Job Description

The Digital Yield Manager's role will focus on analysis, evaluation and suggestion of yield decisions for content monetisation on digital platforms as well as commercial performance of those platforms in order to drive optimal commercial outcomes. This role is designed to unlock commercial opportunities across digital monetisation models such as FAST, aVOD and SVOD, using BBCS's IP catalogue and will will work collaboratively with Commercial Leadership and wider teams in region to maximise effectiveness of advertising and subscription models on FAST, AVOD and SVOD.,

  • Track, analyse and compare performance trends for individual titles monetised on different FAST/AVOD/SVOD platforms in order to identify the best monetisation opportunities for key genres, titles, seasons etc.
  • Share insights with the Commercial Leadership, including content sales team, in order to optimise content monetisation pipeline
  • Analyse performance data of FAST/AVOD/SVOD digital products to identify revenue and profit growth opportunities while feeding into regular business performance reviews and business forecasts as required.
  • Analyse FAST channels' performance to drive profitability of individual channels, markets, and FAST partners
  • Analyse subscription strategy for Amazon Channels to optimise commercial performance and support growth
  • Provide insight to Commercial Leadership with continuous proactive contribution to product strategy based off internal observations and market development
  • Support content liaison team in analysing back catalogue to identifying the most commercially viable titles for each digital monetisation model. Build business cases for rights clearances and localisation.
  • Maintain documentation and optimize processes relating to yield management of individual titles and digital products

    Proficient in working with large data sets and ability to navigate complex reporting systems
  • Strong experience in data visualisation while efficiently drawing out key insights
  • Comfortable and confident in communicating insights to relevant stakeholders
  • Proficient in use of digital monetisation models

    Salary: £36,200 - £42,200 + London Weighting (£5,319) depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.,
