The Director is responsible for strategic planning, financial sustainability, programme development, and building partnerships. This role requires strong leadership, business acumen, a passion for the arts, and a commitment to community engagement.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in business and financial planning, fundraising, and managing a community-focused creative organisation. An understanding of place-based cultural strategy and work is essential.
