Director Analyst, Technical Architect - (CRM, ERP, Enterprise Automation) - Remote EMEA

We are seeking individuals who have experience in architecting, implementing, integrating enterprise applications such as CRM, ERP, enterprise automation and solutions that support complex client needs. Someone who has a good understanding of architectural design and the underlying technology that supports it. He or she will also be able to go beyond the technology and understand how it is used to support organizations' most critical priorities. Below list with requirements for this role:

• 5+ years of experience as a technical architect, solution engineer or a similar level senior technical role
• 10+ years technical, hands-on experience in one or more of the following technology domains:
+ Enterprise Automation - Business Process Automation (BPA), Enterprise Low-Code Application Platforms (LCAP), RPA, Hyperautomation + ERP - technical proficiency in implementing and integrating vendor products such as SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Fusion or NetSite, Microsoft Dynamics 365. + CRM - Sales force automation, Marktech, Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Customer Data Management ,Conversational AI platforms, chatbots, virtual assistant, CCaaS, customer engagement platforms, NLU, NLP, case management. + Integration of Enterprise Applications - iPaaS, REST API, LCAP + AI and Generative AI - AI assistants and capabilities to support enterprise applications, customers and digital workers. + Modernization of Enterprise Applications - data migration, end-of-life platform modernization, cloud migration, on-premises repatriation
• Proficiency in writing technical documentation - architecture design, as-built documents, high level design, low-level design, solution architecture, requirements gathering, acceptance testing documents.
• Strong communicator who is able to explain complex concepts concisely and simply often to less technical individuals.
• Ability to travel up to approximately 10% of the time, mostly within the region (EMEA/NA depending on home base), with some international travel.

• Developing and writing thought-leading must-have research.
• Providing advice to clients on both tactical technology and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborating with your colleagues to advance technical research.
• Supporting the Gartner sales team through virtual tech briefings and video calls with potential clients.
• Delivering presentations at Gartner events and conferences.
