POSITION OVERVIEW

McCormick & Company is looking for a visionary Digital Marketing Director with a strong background in digital strategy and a passion for leading digital transformation initiatives. This role is pivotal in shaping our digital marketing strategy, optimizing customer engagement through innovative campaigns, and leveraging data analytics to drive business growth. As a strategic leader, the Digital Marketing Director will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement a cohesive digital marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives, enhances brand visibility, and fosters customer loyalty.

RESPONSIBILITIES

-Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, including digital advertising, email marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, and mobile marketing initiatives that align with the company's overall objectives.
-Lead the implementation of the digital marketing transformation blueprint for EMEA including: launch of new websites, digital shelf optimization, new tech stack implementation, definition, creation and implementation of end user journeys, CDP build out and management, DTC regional strategy and execution, etc.

-Lead the digital marketing initiatives and collaborate with IT, sales, and other departments to create integrated campaigns that deliver a consistent and engaging brand message across all digital channels.

-Oversee the selection, engagement, and management of external agency partners and other third-party service providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality services that align with our strategic goals and brand standards.

-Work with media teams to allocate marketing budgets and resources efficiently to maximize impact and achieve marketing and sales targets.

-Ensure the seamless integration of digital marketing initiatives with overall business strategies, enhancing brand awareness and driving sales growth.

-Provide executive leadership with insights and analysis on digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

-Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration, or a related field.

-Axtensive experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies in a dynamic business environment. DTC experience preferred.

-Extensive knowledge of digital marketing channels, platforms, and best practices, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.

-Strong leadership skills, with experience leading digital marketing teams and fostering a collaborative, innovative, and results-oriented work culture.

-Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies.

-Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with all levels of the organization and building strong external partnerships.

-Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, measure marketing effectiveness, and deliver on strategic goals.
