  • Responsible for the creation and execution of the eCommerce Content Strategy in Western Europe to elevate the shopper experience with theobjectiveof growing conversion across our B2B ecommerce business.
  • Manage a team of4-5 responsible for Digital Merchandising, SEO, Ratings and Reviews,Brandstores, product launches and technical projects for content management, supporting 450+ retailers across WE, including Amazon EU9.
  • Oversee external agency relationshipssupportingthe execution and planning of product launches and digital shelf monitoring, as well as content production.
  • Partner with cross-functional and global teams to guide creation of forward-thinking, ecommerce-ready content and assets that meet e-retailer requirements.
  • Play a senior role within the B2B eCommerce Centre of Excellence leadership team, contributing to the team culture and ways of working.
  • Represent Western Europe in content strategy, production, and tech senior meetings.
  • Play a pivotal role inestablishingbest practices for content development,optimisationand monitoring for the LEGO Group, globally and in Western Europe.
  • Drive content innovation and foster a test and learn mindset to continually improve performance and keep the LEGO Group at the forefront of new opportunities and trends.

  • Play your part in our team succeeding The B2B eCommerce Centre of Excellence (CoE) is accountable for the execution of all digital and eCommerce-related activities within the Western Europe region. The Digital Merchandising team plays a significant role in supporting a shopper-firstobjectiveby driving eCommerce growth through shopper-led, data driven insights, and a meticulous test and learn approach to keep LEGO at the forefront. As aDirectore-Merchandising and Content, youare responsible forensuring we deliver best-in-class content acrossthe entire shopper journey. You willalso partner with our GlobalCoE, internal LEGO Agency, and external agency partners to build efficiencies andoptimisethe shopper experience. Our future growth plans are dependent on our ability to lift our e-commerce and omnichannel strategy through strong execution with our B2B customers. The purpose and mission of the eCommerceCoEis to develop and execute a coherent digital shopper approach that uses the strengths of the LEGO® brand and our outstanding Operating Model. This team stimulates the larger regional commercialorganisationby innovating our digital shopper strategy and ecommerce execution.

  • Experience in e-Commerce with a focus on content, CRO and UX, ideally from a premium consumer brand, tech company or digital agency.
  • Highly motivated by team management and people development, with experience of managing in-house and/or agency teams and ideally in a regional or globalcapacity.
  • Excellent analytical skills, a passion for data and insights, and the ability to communicate complexity in an understandable way to senior audiences and nontechnical roles.
  • Shopper-centric orientation with proven track-record of acting and developing on shopper insights to improve shopper journey and drive conversion.
  • Strong understanding of content management operating models and technologies.
  • Very strongnetworking, interpersonal, and influencing.
  • Knowledge of Amazon and brands stores is a plus
