Full Job Description

Recruit, train, and lead a team of Account Managers and Account Executives, driving them to consistently exceed sales, retention, and revenue targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Develop, implement, and present strategic plans with clear goals, objectives, and actionable steps to achieve desired outcomes.
Engage in high-level discussions with customers and prospects, focusing on technology strategy and F&B operations alongside your team.
Maintain expert knowledge of all OpenTable products and services, ensuring the team is well-equipped to address customer needs.
Actively participate in executive decision-making by providing thoughtful analysis and input on pricing strategies, prioritization, and territory planning.
Monitor account performance, prepare detailed reports, and present key insights to senior management.
Apply your in-depth understanding of the global hospitality industry and hotel technology ecosystem to stay ahead of market trends and competitive threats.
Track and analyze customer needs, market dynamics, and sales activity to maintain a leadership position in the market.
Serve as the sales leadership voice, offering guidance and facilitating cross-departmental coordination with key collaborators, including Product, Brand & Performance Marketing, Finance & Operations, Support, and Business Development.

A passion for hospitality and a strong knowledge of the Hotel industry
Proven success managing and leading a sales & account management team, including developing plans that generate business growth.
Strong data skills, including the ability to identify key insights and translate those insights into actionable recommendations.
Ability and confidence to step into challenging customer conversations, as needed.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Comfortable with moving fast, changing and taking calculated risk
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced, multifaceted work environment. Will lead multiple high-priority and time sensitive initiatives in parallel.
Proficiency in Google Suite and Salesforce CRM

OpenTable is seeking a dynamic, data-driven leader to own and drive the strategy for the Hotel vertical across EMEA. In this role, you will lead a team of Sales Representatives and Account Managers, focusing on retention and growth within the assigned territory. This position reports directly to the VP of International Growth
