Full Job Description

  • Influence stakeholder relationships for mutual benefit and integrate stakeholder input into decision-making processes.
  • Align service delivery with customer expectations through stakeholder consultation.
  • Implement customer service strategies with stakeholder support and enhance feedback processes for continuous improvement.
  • Operational Leadership:
  • Lead Facilities Management services for the site, ensuring diverse service delivery internally and through external partnerships.
  • Proactively manage and monitor site service performance, implementing improvements to meet agreed service levels.
  • Foster collaborative working across Site Operations, other organizational functions, and third-party suppliers to optimize service delivery.
  • Establish and maintain effective emergency management processes, actively contributing to Site Emergency Response and Business Continuity Teams.
  • Service Management:
  • Analyse trends and implement initiatives to enhance service efficiency and generate organizational value.
  • Evaluate the efficiency, effectiveness, and value of service operations and budgets.
  • Develop operational plans, SLAs, and resource requirements for optimal support service delivery.
  • Safety and Compliance Assurance:
  • Manage building and personnel safety, emergency procedures, life safety, and asset maintenance in alignment with organizational strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislative and statutory requirements.
  • Monitor, review, and report on building safety based on stakeholder needs.
  • Financial Oversight and Justification:
  • Prepare business cases supporting site investment.
  • Assess budgetary control processes against performance benchmarks.
