Director of Acquisition

We are excited to be on the hunt for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a our new Director of Acquisition.,

• Ensure our casinos are listed at as many relevant affiliate partners as possible


• Fully spend assigned affiliate budget ($1m+/month) distributed on relevant casino partners in relevant markets


• Negotiate existing affiliate deals (& Keep partners happy)


• Analyze existing affiliate traffic and oversee PNL for affiliate marketing


• Travel to conferences, meet partners face to face and develop a network of affiliates around MBG
  
  Experience with casino crypto and/or fiat affiliation, ideally 7-10 years of experience in acquisition marketing, preferably within the online casino.


• Proven track record of successfully driving profitable player acquisition in competitive markets.


• Experience from unregulated casino markets, especially a bonus if IT/FR/NL/UK/SE/DE & Asian market


• Familiar with especially affiliate casino SEO, other channels such as paid, apps newsletters, pops etc are optional


• Experience in building, leading, and developing high-performing teams focused on acquisition and growth.
