Channel Sales at Nutanix The Director of Channel & Ecosystems for UK&I would be a part of Nutanix's Channel Sales team. This team is responsible for developing new accounts, expanding into new divisions and organisations, and building partner skills on the Nutanix portfolio. The team is supported by various departments within Nutanix, including Engineering, Marketing, and Product Development, providing them with unrivalled support and tools to exceed sales performance goals. The team works closely with sales management to develop and execute Channel Sales strategies to drive sales growth. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as Channel SEs and Enablement, is crucial for success. Your Role

  • Lead and manage a team of Channel Sales Managers
  • Foster relationships with Nutanix partners across UK&I
  • Create and execute a Channel Sales strategy
  • Develop partner skills in selling Nutanix portfolio
  • Drive pipeline creation and attainment of bookings goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth strategy
  • Plan and direct channel activities and partner business planning
  • Collaborate with field marketing for effective communication and demand generation

    8-12 years of experience
  • Strong understanding of sales process and Channel Sales
  • Ability to lead and develop a diverse team of Channel Sales Managers
  • Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques
  • Ability to communicate with C-level partner contacts
  • Ability to plan and operate within a budget
  • Strong organizational and strategic planning skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
