Director of Clinical Services

Cornwall Hospice Care require a Director of Clinical Services, to operate as a member of the Executive Management Team (EMT), contributing to both the strategic direction and the day to day operational management of the hospice and to provide dynamic, innovative and visible leadership for clinical services, whilst representing the hospice and championing high quality care at the end of life and collaborative working across the wider system., The Director of Clinical Services, reports to the Chief Executive and is the CQC Registered Manager with a key role in enabling and monitoring compliance across regulated activities and sharing legal responsibilities in the hospice. You will be responsible for the leadership, management and onging development of the Clinical Services team.
