This pivotal role offers the opportunity to transform Harris Manchester College's Development and Alumni Relations programme, building on recent successes and driving the next phase of our fundraising and engagement strategy. You will work closely with the Principal, Governing Body, and an expanding team to realise our ambitious goals. Key highlights include:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a five-year fundraising strategy to grow alumni engagement, increase philanthropic support, and prepare for major capital campaigns.
- Major Gifts Growth: Build a robust pipeline of major donors, cultivating relationships with alumni and external supporters to secure transformational gifts.
- Team Building: Recruit and manage a newly expanded team of Development and Alumni Relations professionals, creating a dynamic and high-performing office.

- A collaborative mindset and leadership experience, ideally within Higher Education or a similarly complex organization., £55,636 to £64,228 per annum (inclusive of an Oxford University Weighting of £1500 and equivalent to an Oxford University Grade 9 post)
