Full Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional and highly credible candidate to lead our IT and digital portfolio at a pivotal time. Working closely with key stakeholders, you will be responsible for all IT and digital services across the trust, ensuring optimised delivery now and in the future. This is an interim role with the successful candidate having demonstratable experience at a very senior level in large complex organisations, and a proven track record of leading on, and securing delivery of, the successful procurement and management of multi-million pound contracts. You will also need to demonstrate their ability to lead services at a very senior/executive level with the capability to develop both strategic and service design. Experience in electronic patient record (EPR) systems such as EPIC is essential., Responsible for the provision of strategic and operational digital, technology and IT Services to the Trust.
Working in partnership with the organisational and clinical leadership teams in order to deliver our Digital Strategy, aligned with the Trust's overall strategy and priorities.
Establish digital and technology as a key enabler and an integral part of Trust strategies and business plans.
Establish a funded and achievable technology programme that delivers the Digital Strategy. Take accountability for, and drive delivery of, the programmes of work.
Lead digital services including IT hardware & infrastructure, clinical & non-clinical systems, business intelligence, information governance, medical records and clinical coding.
Provide leadership and direction to Trust Digital and IT staff. Undertake performance management in line with Trust policy and procedure, ensuring the provision of annual appraisal, the setting of clear objectives, and the development and support of Personal Development Plans.

Depending on experience £100,000 - £200,000 p.a. pro rata dependant on experience
