In this pivotal role, you will drive excellence in the management of our extensive healthcare estate, ensuring safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.

As the Director of Estates, your strategic leadership will shape the future of our estate. You'll develop and implement a robust Estates Strategy, guiding the delivery of Hard FM services across our large hospital site in the West Midlands.

Your responsibilities will include maintaining statutory compliance. Ensuring fire safety protocols, Permit to Work procedures, and other essential policies are in place will be central to your role.

Managing a direct workforce of approximately 1, staff, you'll oversee both Hard and Soft Estates services. Your expertise will contribute to our goal of delivering exceptional healthcare services to our community.

Demonstrated skill in managing budgets and account plans is essential. Ideally, you hold a Master's or Bachelor's degree in business management, engineering, technology, technical fields, education, or communications.
