Full Job Description

Our Director of Estates and Facilities will provide strategic and operational leadership to our estates infrastructure and facilities services and play a key and visible role within the Trust's senior management team to drive our ambitions forward.
You will be responsible for delivering safe, responsive, and cost-effective estates and facilitates services for the Trust, with a clear focus on quality and customer service. You will also work closely with colleagues to identify and secure new business opportunities through national projects and collaboration with the private sector, local authority and NHS partners.
We therefore want an ambitious and emotionally-intelligent Director of Estates to play a pivotal leadership role in shaping and delivering spaces and services to achieve our strategic objectives. We are keen to bring in someone who consistently demonstrates a commitment to providing exceptional non-clinical services. You will be able to make effective and efficient use of sustainable resources to support our vision, whilst championing a safe working environment.
