As the Director of Food and Beverage, you'll lead the strategic vision for our food and beverage operations across the Kew Green portfolio, crafting exceptional dining experiences that align with our brand while driving impactful results in sales, profit, and guest satisfaction. We're looking for a results-oriented leader who thrives on elevating standards, inspiring teams, and achieving a measurable impact across Kew Green.,
- Set and deliver national food and beverage targets: Drive the long-term food and beverage plan, achieving core annual targets in sales, profit, and guest satisfaction across all sites.
- Leading strategic direction: Actively lead the food and beverage function in strategy planning, collaborating with other Directors, and bringing innovative ideas to drive business performance.
- Lead innovation in dining experiences: Develop and roll out profitable new food and beverage concepts that align with our company vision while elevating food quality and guest satisfaction.
- Create compelling partnerships: Develop brand collaborations with suppliers that add unique value and experiences for our customers.
- Champion food and beverage participation in investments: Guide capital investments, ensuring alignment with food and beverage objectives and delivering value through high-quality food and beverage enhancements.
- Lead capital programme: Oversee the central capital program, balancing innovation with brand consistency in every project.
- Maximise returns on investment: Ensure new openings and refurbishments meet sales and profit goals.
- Driving operational excellence: Drive the implementation of company initiatives, while ensuring operational needs are met. - Proven experience in food and beverage management across multi-brand operations.
- Broad expertise in both food and beverage operations within high-paced, commercial environments.
- Strong budget management, commercial acumen, and third-party contract negotiation skills.
- Proven track record in developing innovative, value-added food and beverage concepts.
- A creative, collaborative leader with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A results-driven focus on ROI and cost management.
- Team-oriented with a history of effectively leading teams to success.
- Demonstrated experience in driving performance and operational excellence.
