Full Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to join Plan International Global Hub in this newly created role as Director of the Global Hub Office.

The Director will work in partnership with the Global Hub facing Leadership Team, ensuring strong operational management to streamline processes, enhance Global Hub community building, communications and engagement, and ensure effective financial and people management practices across Global Hub both UK and Worldwide.

Plan International's Global Hub (GH) employs approximately 350 staff globally across a broad range of functions. Approximately 60% of the Global Hub staff are based in the UK.

The Director will provide greater accountability and dedicated leadership to ensure that the Global Hub can adapt effectively and operate efficiently in response to today's rapidly changing environment.

They will be crucial in supporting Global Hub wide operational management, community engagement, and financial and people practices, all while aligning with our global strategy and ambition.

The Director of Global Hub will be instrumental in driving operational efficiencies by enhancing decision-making, identifying and eliminating duplications, and optimising processes.
