Full Job Description

We are happy to welcome visitors to our academy at any time so you can have a tour of our impressive facilities and meet our friendly pupils and staff. This can be during the school day or evenings by appointment. Please contact our Principal's PA, Zeenat Sparg, on or email Zeenat.Sparg@hartshillacademy.org.uk to arrange an appointment. Interviews will take place on Thursday 28th November. Job Purpose:

  • Ensure a clear shared vision for excellent progress, pastoral support and a culture of high expectations within the key stage.
  • Strategically lead and co-ordinate pastoral support
  • To engage with parents to build and maintain positive relationships with the community and maintain excellent records of intervention, supporting the graduated approach to pastoral support
  • To facilitate and encourage a learning experience which provides pupils with the opportunity to achieve their individual potential;
  • To share and support the academy's responsibility to provide and monitor opportunities for personal and academic growth.
