We are happy to welcome visitors to our academy at any time so you can have a tour of our impressive facilities and meet our friendly pupils and staff. Interviews will take place on Thursday 28th November. Job Purpose:

• Ensure a clear shared vision for excellent progress, pastoral support and a culture of high expectations within the key stage.
• Strategically lead and co-ordinate pastoral support
• To engage with parents to build and maintain positive relationships with the community and maintain excellent records of intervention, supporting the graduated approach to pastoral support
• To facilitate and encourage a learning experience which provides pupils with the opportunity to achieve their individual potential;
• To share and support the academy's responsibility to provide and monitor opportunities for personal and academic growth.
