Full Job Description

We require a new Director of Music who will hold a pivotal leadership role responsible for the overall development of all matters relating to music from September 2025.

The successful candidate will be able to uphold the College's strong reputation for musical excellence and be responsible for shaping the next chapter and strategy for music at the College. You will be responsible for curriculum development and leading a team of teachers to maintain high teaching and performance standards. You will have a passion for music, be able to nurture students' love for the subject and have experience of teaching music at KS3 - KS5.
