Full Job Description

Turner Schools Trust are looking to recruit an exceptional Science Director to lead at Dover Christ Church Academy. We welcome applicants with a proven track record of raising outcomes for pupils and an enthusiasm for research-informed education. You should have the ability to inspire all of our pupils to engage in science learning, and prepare them for a range of careers in STEM so that they are successful in Ks3 and 4 and can access Ks5 should they wish. You will be making an important contribution to the continuing progress of our school, working alongside a SENCO, Cross Trust Science leader, Science lead practitioner and key stage 3 leader to ensure that all students thrive. Collaborations with Trust Science Postholders is commonplace which means you will have an instant network for support and inspiration across both Folkestone and Dover.
