The Director of Intelligent Process Management Services is a visionary leader responsible for driving the strategic growth and commercial success of our new Intelligent Business Process Management solution. This leadership role blends offering management expertise with general management acumen. You will be responsible for end-to-end offerings, encompassing technology, BPO services, logistics, and real estate. This role will also play a pivotal role in scaling the offering portfolio to over $200M ARR in next 2-3 years.

  • Strategic Vision & Leadership:Define and articulate a compelling, long-term vision for our Intelligent Business Process Management offeringCultivate a high-performing cross functional team, fostering innovation and a results-oriented culture.Serve as the internal and external champion for the offering portfolio, evangelizing its value to stakeholders.
  • Offering Lifecycle Management:Lead the end-to-end offering lifecycle, from ideation and market validation to launch, commercialization, and ongoing optimization.Leverage deep market insights to identify and prioritize high-impact product opportunities.Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, operations and sales to ensure cohesive offering development and launch execution.
  • General Management (GM) Activities:Develop and execute comprehensive business plans, including revenue targets, profitability goals, and resource allocation.Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track product performance and overall business health.Build strategic partnerships and alliances to accelerate market penetration and revenue growth.Represent the business unit in executive leadership meetings, providing insights and updates on offering performance and market trends.
  • Vendor / Partner Management:Forge and nurture strategic relationships with technology vendors and service partners.Collaborate on go-to-market (GTM) strategies that drive mutual growth and success.
  • Innovation & Thought Leadership:Ignite customer centricity by not only optimizing VOC to understand customer needs, but be able to anticipate customer long-term needs before the customer can realize the needs. Stay abreast of emerging trends in product offerings.Foster a culture of continuous innovation, encouraging experimentation and exploration of new technologies and approaches.Establish thought leadership within the industry, publishing articles, speaking at conferences, and participating in relevant forums.
  • Commercial Acumen:Engage customers to identify business needs to develop cohesive marketing, go-to-market and offering roadmapsNavigate IRM's sales overlay model to influence, educate and inspire to achieve desired outcomes for customer experience and revenue.

    Education & Experience:
  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in product and offering management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and scaling product portfolios to significant revenue milestones.
  • Proven track record in building and managing high-performing product teams.
  • Experience in Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), Business Process Management (BPM/BPO) industries is preferred.
  • Experience in the cyber resiliency market is highly desirable.
  • Experience in Storage and Backup and Recovery, as well as Cloud services is preferred.
