Full Job Description

  • Data entry (excel spreadsheets)

  • Manage own time and priorities workloads to meet deadlines.

  • Answer calls to clients regarding query's / Make calls to clients

  • Respond to customers needs / Identify solutions

  • Manage applicants on Job advertisement sights

  • Support hiring process

    We are on the lookout for a full time assistant to the Director, somebody who is reliable, personable, and capable of working and organising in a small team., Do you have excellent organisational and leadership abilities?

  • Can you adapt to the likes of working under pressure?

  • Do you have a good knowledge of the micro-soft packages? (Specifically excel)

  • Plenty of drive, initiative, motivation, and enthusiasm

  • Reliability and professional work ethic

  • Able to work in a diverse, fun office environment, Administrative: 1 year (preferred)

  • Microsoft Excel: 1 year (preferred)


  • Licence/Certification:
  • Driving Licence (preferred)
